These are parental nurseries with the status of association. The children are looked after by parent volunteers. For information about registration and tariffs, contact the nursery directly.

Nurseries

The list of municipal nurseries is available by clicking here.

• Registration conditions:
  Priority is given to active Clermont-Ferrand parents (either students or employees) whose residence is located within the nursery’s geographical area.
  Where residence is outside the commune, an application may be made to the mayor for authorisation.
• Registration:
  Through the nursery manager. Bring your livret de famille (family book) and the child’s carnet de santé (health log book).
• Tariff:
  Residents of Clermont-Ferrand may be eligible for a discount according to their family allowance. To determine available discounts, contact the Town Hall Inscriptions et Tarifications (registration and tariff) department (Tel. 04 73 42 63 63) or its office in your district.

Drop-in centres

• Available to: Children aged between 3 months and 4 years, either from time to time or regularly, on set days (by reserving in advance). In addition, outside school time, children aged between 4 and 6 are also welcome.
• Registration:
  At the drop-in centre.
• Tariff:
  - Clermont-Ferrand parents are eligible for a discount if their children are looked after on set days (no more than 4 days per week). To determine available discounts, contact the Town Hall Inscriptions et Tarifications (registration and tariff) department (Tel. 04 73 42 63 63) or its office in your district. The list of what is required to calculate tariffs is available from the Town Hall reception.
  - Where children are looked after occasionally, the hourly tariff applies.
